Skillfully created vegan Asian dishes with a focus on cuisine from Japan, Thailand, China, Korea and Vietnam.
The plant based kitchen produces a small but thoughtful menu, which changes according to the seasons.
Dishi pantry is filled with seven different chili varieties to keep dishes full of flavour without over-powering levels of spiciness. Another key is the double-fermented organic Tamari which is a base ingredient to much of our menu.
We procure fresh tofu locally and key sauces are made by us, like faux fish sauce and crispy chili oil. Specialty fermented delights like broad bean paste and black vinegar come direct from Japan and Korean.
Dishi is an alcohol-free establishment. We serve carefully selected drinks which compliment the main event, the food.
